To ensure we find the best professionals to meet the needs of our clients, TRIAD Personnel uses a rigorous 10-Step Interview Process for all of its candidates prior to presenting or introducing them to our clients. Our 10-Step Interview Process includes:
- Interviewing each candidate in person.
- Attaining a detailed job history including positions held, projects worked on, technologies utilized, team experience and accomplishments.
- Assessing each candidate's personal requirements such as desire to work on contract assignments or in full time positions, geographic area they are willing to travel, availability to start with or client and wage requirements.
- Evaluating communication and interpersonal skills.
- Checking at least three technical references.
- Verifying educational background and certifications held.
To Assist You
TRIAD Personnel offers a variety of interviewing alternatives to our clients.
- Specific time - a time is selected to interview a specific candidate.
- Block period - a period of time is set to interview several candidates back-to-back.
- Working interview - based upon your job description, TRIAD Personnel selects the candidate we believe is best suited to meet your needs. The candidate works at your facility for a few hours compliments of us. If we selected the right candidate, the person continues on assignment and you reimburse us. If we didn't select the right candidate, you owe us nothing.
In addition, TRIAD Personnel makes its office and facilities available to our clients to conduct its interviews.
